1

We are a real industrial location

Upper Franconia has a relatively high industrial density. We are particularly highly represented in the ceramics, polymer, textile and machine construction sectors. The last 20 years saw a significant structural change. Nowadays, logistics, service and more innovative, processing companies form the backbone of the Upper Franconian economy.

2

We are well-connected

Upper Franconia has good transport links as an industrial location. Regardless of whether via the A 72 motorway from Chemnitz, the A 93 from Regensburg or the A9 – our region can be easily reached.

3

There is a lot to see here

You can find many sights at our location in Oberkotzau. Visit the Fernwehpark here or the Tractor Museum and the Erika Fuchs Haus, Germany's first comic museum in Schwarzenbach an der Saale. The many events taking place at the Hof Freiheitshalle and Hof theatre are always worth a visit.

4

Work-life balance is no problem

In addition to the classic sights, the Upper Franconian region also has to offer other leisure activities. How about a visit to the zoological garden in Hof? Or else climb the Schneeberg, the Ochsenkopf or Großen Kornberg in the beautiful Fichtelgebirge. There are boundless outdoor activities.
