KROPF SolUTIONS - MODERN COMPANY BUILDING WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL

INVESTMENT IN THE HEALTH OF EMPLOYEES

Modern company building with attention to detail!

Since its foundation in 1995, Prozesstechnik Kropf GmbH has been growing steadily. The positive development of turnover in recent years has also been reflected in the growing number of employees.

Already at that time the focus was on the person/employee of KROPF Solutions, and this was considered in the new building. The rooms are all spacious with room to move and the glass fronts make the rooms very bright with a far-reaching view! The carpets are all sound-absorbing and for the health of the employee, all office rooms are equipped with height-adjustable tables and ergonomic chairs, not to mention the latest technology on the building itself! With the smart lighting and ventilation technology as well as the pleasant heating and room climate, the employee's well-being is ensured. And the visualization is done with zenon, of course!

In the building itself, the workplaces are equipped with the latest hardware such as headsets, laptops, and several large screens. As a digitalization partner, KROPF Solutions is also well positioned internally with its own employees, because good well-being and comfort automatically leads to more productivity and creativity at the workplace, from which our customers also benefit!

The good and pleasant workplace atmosphere is also complemented by a beautiful interior design. Calming birch trunks adorn the corridors on the first and second floor, and the KROPF Solutions corporate values with CI-colors adorns the entire staircase. The blue has a very calming effect and helps with the thinking process. The green relaxes the eyes and helps to reduce stress. The interior design, lighting, furnishings, and color design are very discreet and are in good balance with each other. The overall effect is decisive and the designers of KAGO & HAMMERSCHMIDT GMBH have taken this into account.
