WHAT AWAITS YOU:

Computer scientists specialising in system integration design and configure IT systems. They set up, operate, respectively manage, these systems according to customer requirements as an internal service provider or at customers´ premises. This also includes systematically isolating and rectifying faults that occur using specialist and diagnostic systems. They advise internal and external users on the selection and use of equipment and solve application and system issues. In addition to this, they create the system documentation and conduct training for users.

• Type of training: dual training in industry and commerce (governed by training regulations)
• Skilled IT occupations focus: application development, system integration, data and process analysis or digital connectivity
• Duration of training: 3 years
• Training venues: training firm and vocational school (dual training)
